New Jersey Divorce Attorney Sylvia S. Costantino received her B.A. from Rutgers University College, where she graduated with Highest Honors and was the recipient of the G. Stuart Demarest Award for the Highest Academic Achievement in English, and the Norman C. Miller award for the Overall Highest Academic Achievement of her graduating class.
Mrs. Costantino received her J.D. from the Rutgers Law School in Newark, where she also served as the Notes & Comments Editor for the Rutgers Business Law Journal. She also holds an A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies from Brookdale Community College.
Mrs. Costantino served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Family Division of both the Monmouth and Ocean County Superior Courts and since then has been practicing exclusively in the area of Family Law.
In 2013 and 2016, Ms. Costantino was recognized as a “New Jersey Super Lawyer – Rising Star” by New Jersey Monthly and Super Lawyers Magazines.
Mrs. Costantino is certified by the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney.
Mrs. Costantino serves as an Early Settlement Panelist in Superior Court for, Monmouth County Family Part.
Mrs. Costantino is Admitted to Practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.

New Jersey Divorce Attorney Jessica L. Berg received her B.A. from The College of New Jersey. Ms. Berg gained significant exposure to the legal field by concentrating her studies in Law and Society and interning at law firms and government offices.
Ms. Berg received her J.D. at Widener University School of Law, where she received a distinction for her Pro Bono service and volunteer legal work. Ms. Berg was also a member of the Delaware Civil Clinic, certified by the Delaware Supreme Court, wherein she obtained Protection from Abuse Orders for victims of domestic violence. Ms. Berg discovered her passion for Family Law through this experience and through her coursework.
Ms. Berg’s legal experience includes working as an Associate Attorney exclusively at Family Law firms in Monmouth County, New Jersey for the last several years.

New Jersey Divorce Attorney Ashley G. Rojas received her B.A. from Stockton University, graduating magna cum laude. Ms. Rojas gained significant exposure to the legal field by majoring in Political Science with a concentration in Pre-Law.
Ms. Rojas received her J.D. from the Rutgers Law School in Newark, where she earned a Family Law Certificate for focusing her coursework in the area of family law. Ms. Rojas was also a member of the Child Advocacy Clinic, wherein she represented children in Social Security Income benefit, child welfare, and special immigrant juvenile status proceedings.
Ms. Rojas’ legal experience includes working as a legal intern for this firm while attending law school and serving as a judicial intern for the Honorable Kathleen A. Sheedy, P.J.F.P. in the Family Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth Vicinage in 2019.
Joshua P. Battaglia, Esq. is a licensed attorney in the State of New Jersey, the Federal District Court of New Jersey, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Battaglia received his Bachelor of Arts from Stockton University and his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School.
While at Rutgers Law, Mr. Battaglia was an active participant in the law school’s Voting Rights Project and was the President of the school’s National Security Law Association.
Mr. Battaglia gained valuable legal experience interning at the Office of the New Jersey Attorney General Division of Children and Families, Subaru of America, and with the New Jersey Third Legislative District. Mr. Battaglia has additionally spent a year as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Colleen A. Maier, J.S.C., where he gained valuable insight into the field of family law. Mr. Battaglia is also a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association.

New Jersey Divorce Attorney Robert H. Siegel received his B.A. from Brandeis University in Massachusetts, where he was a member of the Dean’s List and graduated with a Political Science major and Economics minor. Mr. Siegel was also a member of the school’s NCAA Division III tennis team.
Mr. Siegel received his J.D. from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, where he participated in Moot Court and received the CALI High Grade Award in Appellate Advocacy. He recently earned his L.L.M. in Taxation from Boston University.
Mr. Siegel served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Hunterdon County Family Division after law school and was certified to mediate both special civil and small claims matters. Since that time, Mr. Siegel has practiced exclusively in the area of Family Law and has published articles on complex topics such as UIFSA and the Hague Convention.
Mr. Siegel has extensive experience litigating at both large and small firms, including Riker Danzig, and has argued various Family Law cases in trial courts throughout New Jersey. Mr. Siegel has successfully tried multiple custody and domestic violence cases and has argued various complex matters before the New Jersey Appellate Division. He has also volunteered his time to work with the Rachel Coalition for victims of domestic violence.

New Jersey Divorce Attorney Carly A. Koziol received her B.A. from The College of New Jersey, graduating magna cum laude. She immersed herself in the legal field early on by interning at a divorce firm, and volunteering at the Ocean County Department of Correction’s legal facility.
Ms. Koziol received her J.D. at Rutgers Law School, where she represented clients under attorney supervision in the Civil Justice Clinic. She served as a Court-Certified Mediator on a Pro Bono basis for the Camden County Superior Court. Ms. Koziol was also selected as a student member of the Family Law American Inn of Court. During her coursework, she worked as a Law Clerk for two plaintiffs’ law firms in Philadelphia.
Ms. Koziol served as a Judicial Extern at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Criminal Division of the Ocean County Superior Court.
She is most passionate about Family Law, where she now exclusively concentrates her practice.

Attorney Karen Fasano Thomsen received her B.A. from Rice University where she was a Scholar Athlete and recipient of a NCAA Division I Athletic Scholarship. She gained significant legal experience as an intern for Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
Ms. Fasano Thomsen received her J.D. from Seton Hall University where she was the Director of Appellate Advocacy, a Legislative Bureau member, the Eugene Gressman Moot Court Champion, the recipient of the Moot Court Best Oralist Award, and student advocate at the Family Law Clinic. She also studied at the Università di Bologna in Bologna, Italy and Universität Wien, in Vienna, Austria as part of her J.D. curriculum.
Ms. Fasano Thomsen received her L.LM in International and Comparative Law from the University of Iowa where she graduated with the highest distinction. She wrote extensively for the University of Iowa Center for International Finance and Development and published multiple articles and e-book chapters.
Ms. Fasano Thomsen has been admitted to the New Jersey Bar since 2001 and she served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Family Division of the Monmouth County Superior Court.
Prior to earning her J.D., Ms. Fasano Thomsen was a Financial Analyst for Credit Suisse and Vice President, Fixed Income Capital Markets for UBS, both in New York City.
Ms. Fasano Thomsen currently sits on the Board of Directors for Navesink River Rowing and is active in several domestic and international non-profit organizations.
