New Jersey Divorce Attorney Sylvia S. Costantino received her B.A. from Rutgers University College, where she graduated with Highest Honors and was the recipient of the G. Stuart Demarest Award for the Highest Academic Achievement in English, and the Norman C. Miller award for the Overall Highest Academic Achievement of her graduating class.
Mrs. Costantino received her J.D. from the Rutgers Law School in Newark, where she also served as the Notes & Comments Editor for the Rutgers Business Law Journal. She also holds an A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies from Brookdale Community College.
Mrs. Costantino served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Family Division of both the Monmouth and Ocean County Superior Courts and since then has been practicing exclusively in the area of Family Law.
In 2013 and 2016, Ms. Costantino was recognized as a “New Jersey Super Lawyer – Rising Star” by New Jersey Monthly and Super Lawyers Magazines.
Mrs. Costantino is certified by the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney.
Mrs. Costantino serves as an Early Settlement Panelist in Superior Court for, Monmouth County Family Part.
Mrs. Costantino is Admitted to Practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.
Ashley G. Rojas

New Jersey Divorce Attorney Ashley G. Rojas received her B.A. from Stockton University, graduating magna cum laude. Ms. Rojas gained significant exposure to the legal field by majoring in Political Science with a concentration in Pre-Law.
Ms. Rojas received her J.D. from the Rutgers Law School in Newark, where she earned a Family Law Certificate for focusing her coursework in the area of family law. Ms. Rojas was also a member of the Child Advocacy Clinic, wherein she represented children in Social Security Income benefit, child welfare, and special immigrant juvenile status proceedings.
Ms. Rojas’ legal experience includes working as a legal intern for this firm while attending law school and serving as a judicial intern for the Honorable Kathleen A. Sheedy, P.J.F.P. in the Family Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth Vicinage in 2019.
Christa J. Tomasulo

Ms. Tomasulo graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University, New Brunswick with a B.A. in English and Philosophy. She received her J.D. from Drexel University, Thomas R. Kline School of Law where she was an active member of the Trial Advocacy Team and served as a Marshall Brennan Project Teaching Fellow. During law school, Ms. Tomasulo worked for the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office as well as an insurance defense firm.
Prior to joining the Firm, she served as a judiciary law clerk for the Honorable Mark K. Chase, in both the Chancery Division, Family Part, Camden Vicinage and the Appellate Division. Most recently, Ms. Tomasulo was an associate attorney at a law firm in Roseland, where she primarily concentrated on family law.
Ms. Tomasulo is a member of the American Bar Association and New Jersey State Bar Association.
Catherine L. Duffy

New Jersey Divorce Attorney Catherine L. Duffy received her B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University. She gained exposure to the law by concentrating her coursework on government and public policy, which led to her gaining insight into interpreting legislation.
Ms. Duffy received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark. While earning her J.D., she participated in the Center for Social Justice’s Immigration, Detention, and Deportation Clinic, wherein she represented migrant mothers and children throughout their visa application process.
Ms. Duffy’s legal experience includes working as a legal intern at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Division of Criminal Justice. In addition, she served as a legal intern at the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, where she worked on a case that received national media attention.
After earning her J.D., Ms. Duffy was an inaugural Fellow for the Housing Justice Corps’ Housing Justice Project, wherein she represented tenants in eviction and ejectment proceedings in Essex, Union, and Bergen Counties. Following her fellowship, Ms. Duffy served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Roger Daley, J.S.C. (ret.) in the Chancery Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex Vicinage.
